Volunteer Awards

The National Awards annually honour our volunteers, all of whom unselfishly give of themselves, their time and their expertise.

To be eligible, the nominee must

• Reside in Canada or provide the service to Canadians,
• Be a member of the TSFC, whenever possible,
• Perform the service in the year immediately preceding the Annual General Meeting at which the award will be presented,
• Perform the service on a voluntary basis, and
• Make a significant contribution to the TSFC cause nationally.

The Recognition Committee will consider

• the quality and quantity of service performed or provided,
• the overall benefits or impact of the contribution to the TSFC cause.

How To Make a Nomination

You can make your nomination online by following the button below, or use one of the links below to download the nomination form you need. Please provide all the information requested on the nomination form.

Complete one form for each nomination (neatly, please). If you are nominating a person for multiple awards, complete a separate nomination form for each award.
